Revinate has launched three interconnected products — Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and an updated Revinate Chat — positioning itself as what it calls hospitality's first data activation platform. The company's framing draws a deliberate line between legacy CRM tools that store guest records and CDPs that unify them, and a new category that adds AI-driven prediction and automated execution on top. All three products run on Ivy, Revinate's hospitality-specific AI intelligence layer.
The backdrop is a well-documented gap between AI hype and hotel ROI. According to h2c's AI Opportunity Study 2026, 91% of hotel chains report using AI in some form, but only 13% can point to a measurable return on investment. Revinate says its own customers are seeing a different picture: 60% report ROI of 20X or more on the platform, a data point the company is leaning on as it pushes deeper into the enterprise segment.
The Three Products
Revinate Pathways replaces broadcast email campaigns with automated multi-step journeys across email and SMS that trigger on real guest events — booking confirmation, check-in, abandoned cart, upcoming birthday — and branch dynamically based on how each guest responds. Built-in consent controls handle SMS compliance, and Revinate Insights ties every journey back to room nights, reservations, and outlet spend. WhatsApp support is on the roadmap for year-end, giving hotels another high-engagement channel without a separate integration.
Revinate Vault serves as a centralized knowledge base for property and brand information. Hotels upload documents — spa schedules, cancellation policies, F&B menus, rate rules — and Ivy ingests them, filling in responses with property-specific accuracy and the hotel's own tone. At launch, Vault directly powers Revinate Chat; future updates will extend it to Revinate Feedback and Reservation Sales so a single content update propagates across the entire platform. That kind of single-source-of-truth architecture addresses a chronic pain point in hotel operations: policy information that lives in siloed documents and gets answered inconsistently across channels.
Revinate Chat, first previewed at HITEC 2026 in June, now resolves up to 80% of routine guest inquiries automatically by drawing on Vault's property data. The latest version closes the loop between service and marketing: Chat links embedded in pre-arrival and welcome SMS messages route guests directly to the conversation interface, and every question a guest asks enriches their profile in Revinate Core, the company's underlying CDP.
The Data Foundation
All three products sit on Revinate Core, which resolves guest identity across hundreds of integrated source systems into what the company calls Rich Guest Profile® data — currently spanning 1.25 billion profiles. Above Core runs a synthetic data engine that models demand patterns from aggregated behavioral signals rather than individual personal data, enabling the platform to anticipate travel intent before a guest has opened a search tab.
CTO David Stephens framed the privacy and accuracy tradeoff directly: "Point a generic AI model at duplicated, scattered hotel records and it guesses. With our hospitality-specific AI model, we resolve identity first. A guest who books a room, a table, and a spa treatment is one guest in Revinate, not three." That consolidated identity layer is what gives Pathways and Chat the guest context needed to make personalization operationally meaningful rather than cosmetic.
For hotel technology buyers evaluating the CRM and marketing automation category, Revinate's move mirrors a broader industry shift toward AI-driven guest engagement and revenue management as operators demand outcomes rather than dashboards. The platform's tight integration across CRM, CDP, messaging, and property knowledge management will be the main differentiator to watch as competing platforms respond.
