PMS Provider Rolls Out Owner-Centric Tools at HITEC
Resort Data Processing (RDP) will debut an expanded property-management ecosystem at HITEC San Antonio this month, introducing new payment capabilities, guest engagement tools, and integrations designed to streamline operations across resorts, timeshare, and fractional ownership properties.
The company will showcase its technology suite in Booth #1633 at the June 15–18 conference at the Henry B. González Convention Center.
New Capabilities Target Operational Efficiency
RDP's announced additions include:
RDPPay, an integrated payment processing platform aimed at simplifying transactions and centralizing payment management for guests and owners.
RDP Engage, a communication and engagement tool designed to connect operational data with marketing capabilities to strengthen guest and owner relationships.
Expanded Timeshare Owner Portal, offering self-service access to reservations, statements, payments, and property information—with enhanced support for complex ownership models.
New integrations with Ascent360, Pulse, and DocuSign to reduce operational silos and streamline workflows.
ACH payment capabilities for owners and groups to simplify financial transactions.
Market Context
The updates reflect ongoing pressure on hospitality operators to manage multiple ownership structures and payment systems within a single platform. Timeshare and fractional ownership properties face particular complexity, juggling fixed, floating, and fractional models while maintaining owner communication and operational visibility.
"RDP remains committed to delivering an integrated ecosystem that enables hoteliers and fractional ownership operators to improve efficiency, strengthen owner relationships, and adapt to the evolving expectations of today's travelers," said Ron Stahl, Development Manager at RDP. "At HITEC San Antonio, we will show attendees how to do more with less while delivering a connected, high-quality owner and guest experience."
Stahl added: "As hospitality operations continue to evolve, RDP remains focused on delivering scalable solutions that reduce manual processes, improve system connectivity, and help operators create more seamless experiences across every touchpoint."
Parent Company Presence
RDP parent company Fullsteam Hospitality will also exhibit at HITEC (Booth #1252), showcasing its broader portfolio of 20+ hospitality solutions spanning lodging, food and beverage, golf, transportation, and events management.
Why It Matters
For operators managing timeshare or fractional properties, reducing vendor fragmentation and centralizing payment processing directly impact bottom-line efficiency and owner satisfaction. RDP's ecosystem approach targets properties seeking to consolidate multiple systems—a persistent pain point in complex ownership models where manual processes and disconnected platforms drain resources.
