London-based pasta restaurant Nonna Tonda has launched a nationwide delivery subscription service of their hand-made pasta, following the closure of their restaurant.

Made each morning and delivered the same day, each delivery includes fresh hand-rolled pasta – prepared in the traditional Italian style using delicious St Ewe eggs from Cornwall – a sauce, and parmesan, and can be prepared and ready to eat in under 5 minutes. The pasta is delivered through the letterbox each week (or less frequently if desired) for two, four or six people, with vegetarian options available. Each delivery is different, showcasing a new and delicious type of pasta and sauce every time.

Following their successful run at Market Hall Victoria, the couple behind Nonna Tonda, James and Rebecca, made the decision to pivot their business to a home-delivery subscription service in light of the Covid-19 crisis, ensuring that pasta-lovers across the nation can continue to get their fix.

James and Rebecca have travelled extensively around Italy familiarising themselves with the traditional art of pasta-making. All sauces are made using the best seasonal British produce, and anything that can’t be sourced locally is imported direct from Italy.
