Cowdray Estate, Midhurst, West Sussex, have launched their latest events venue, ‘The Walled Garden at Cowdray’, an historic and versatile location available for celebrations, weddings and other landmark events.

The Walled Garden, a former Tudor pleasure garden which extends to just over half an acre, is adjacent to the Tudor ruins.  The Walled Garden is one of Sussex’s most beautiful event venues and provides an additional location for private events at Cowdray.  Two neutrally decorated rooms, adjoin the walled garden and are licensed for weddings, providing an appealing location for ceremonies and receptions.

Cowdray’s Chief Executive, Jonathan Russell, commented “The Walled Garden is another jewel in Cowdray’s crown.  We are very much looking forward to working with Caper & Berry to create incomparable events at this wonderful venue.”

Tim Brennan, Managing Director of Caper & Berry said, “Caper and Berry are tremendously excited to be Cowdray’s exclusive catering partner at The Walled Garden, which is an amazing venue offering a truly unique opportunity for exceptional weddings and parties within one of the most stunning walled gardens in England. We can’t wait to get started!”

Cowdray’s Events team currently manage Cowdray House, an established exclusive use venue.
