Guest intelligence innovator expands leadership team to drive business development strategy and explore emerging opportunities

To support their current demand and future growth, Concilio Labs, the leading guest intelligence platform for the hospitality industry, today announced the appointment of Brian Silengo as Vice President of Sales.

In his new role, Brian will drive new client acquisitions while maintaining and building a team of sales and account management professionals. He will also help amplify the vision of the brand in the marketplace, enhance current partnerships, and forge new ones for Concilio’s software products.

Concilio Labs is a pioneer in developing technology that delivers actionable, meaningful data to enable hotels to personalize experiences, increase ROI, and make more profitable business decisions. With data like Concilio Guest Score that provides a scoring system to reveal the real person behind every reservation and value to the hotel, to Concilio Insight Engine that helps hoteliers communicate and engage guests, the company is always innovating to deliver value to hoteliers by helping them connect with their guests on a deeper level.

“We are thrilled to welcome such knowledgeable and skilled talent with decades of experience to accelerate our reach,” says Terri Miller, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Concilio Labs. “We’re seeing an overwhelming demand from hotels of all sizes who want to leverage our technology to understand guest behaviors and use those insights to elevate service, revenue, and ROI. Brian is a perfect addition to our team as he brings a proven background of working with hotels and brands, as well as sales engineering capacities, onboarding and developing field organizations to drive success.”

After receiving his bachelor’s degree at Tulane University, Brian began his career in hotel sales. He worked with both independent and branded hotels in New Orleans, Denver and throughout South Florida. Brian then went on to complete his MBA at the University of Miami before relocating to Washington, DC where he has lived for over 12 years. Brian has been with a variety of tech companies who serve the hospitality industry, including TIG Global, Five Star Alliance, Knowland Group, newBrandAnalytics, and most recently Sprinklr.

“I am excited to get back to leading a sales organization again and supporting hospitality professionals globally in the industry I love,” Brian explains. “Concilio is transforming how hotels leverage guest data beyond CRM and truly doing something no other company has been able to do. I am eager to help our hotel partners understand their guests better to make for unforgettable travel experiences in a competitive marketplace.”
